How to adjust your pack
DId you Know?
You’re supposed to adjust your backpack straps in a specific order?
A poorly adjusted pack shifts as you move, pulls your posture out of line, and pushes weight onto the wrong muscles. That leads to hot spots, shoulder fatigue, lower-back strain, and wasted energy. A dialed-in fit locks the load into your body’s natural support points, keeps the weight close to your center of gravity, and stabilizes your movement. The result is simple: better balance, less pain, and more endurance. Do it right and the pack disappears into the hike. Do it wrong and you fight it all day.
Every Odyssey pack includes sewn-in numbered tags that guide the adjustment order
